Print in Landscape

What's the trick to get reports to correctly print in Landscape mode? Most
recent solution does print using special code, but always does an extra
blank page dump at end.To print reports in landscape mode, you have to set page size to 29,7 cm; 21
cm.
After doing this, be sure that all your report items are placed into this
size, taking into account also the margins you have configured. This is to
say that your report width can not be greater that 29,7 cm - Left margin -
Right margin. This way, you will not have extra blank pages in your report.
Hope this helps,
Mónica

Primary filegroup is full error!

Hi everybody,
I developing a database solution currently 22GB with 4.5GB datafiles.
I ran into below error and can't figure out how to work around it.
"Error 1105: Could not allocate space for object '(SYSTEM table id: 8)' in
database 'fasion_spring04' because the 'PRIMARY' filegroup is full.
Extending database by 1.00 MB on disk 'fashion_018'
I have created a second filegroup called "images" but even when I add a
datafile to the "images" filegroup I get this error.
Any idea how to resolve this.
Thanks in advance

No data will go to the second filegroup until you explicitly create a table
on that filegroup.
What you should probably do is add a second file to the primary filegroup,
on a different drive with plenty of free space. Then, you should sit down
and decide where this is going to live, because obviously it is outgrowing
its current environment.

Pricing of a SQL Server clustering solution

I understand that to implement SQL Server clustering solution, it is
necessary to have Win 2K Advanced server. We are looking at 2Node
failover solution on a 2CPU Pentium box. Is there a site where we
can find out the cost of Win2K and SQL server for this configuration.
Thanks.

If you have to buy it on the per-processor license (which is how I always
buy it) it is about $20K per processor just for the SQL Enterprise
licenses. Windows 2003 Enterprise or 2k Advanced is about $3000 per
machine. The cost for the machines will totally vary based on what you
need, but I would put a base of about $15K for a single machine with dual
2GHz Xeons, 4GB RAM and 5 72GB 15k RPM drives. So that's a total of about
$116,000 for both boxes with software.
